PPH治疗严重内痔133例疗效观察

目的 探讨PPH吻合器技术治疗严重内痔的临床价值。方法将133例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期内痔患者分别进行PPH（79例）及传统手术（55例）治疗。观察术巾及术后的治疗情况，并对两组患者的手术时间、住院天数、用止痛药及随访资料进行比较分析。结果两组患者术后症状均有明显改善，但PPH组在手术时间、住院天数、术后疼痛方面明显优于传统手术组。术后并发症也较传统手术组为少。结论PPH技术治疗严重内痔的效果显著优于传统手术方式。在经济条件许可的情况下，完全可以替代传统手术疗法。

PPH treatment of severe hemorrhoids clinical observation of 133 patients

Objective To investigate the PPH stapling technique in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids clinical value. Methods 133 cases of hemorrhoids in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ respectively PPH （79 cases） and conventional surgery （55 cases） treatment. Intraoperative and postoperative treatment and condition, and two groups of patients with operation time, Results Hospitalization days, with painkillers and follow-up data were analyzed. Patients with symptoms of both groups were significantly changed after Bo, but the PPH group operative time, hospital stay, postoperative pain and obviously superior to the traditional surgery group. Post-operative complications arc also less than the c, onventional surgery group. Conclusion PPH treatment of severe hemorrhoids results significantly better than traditional surgery. In the case of the economic conditions permit, it is entirely possible alternative to traditional surgical therapy.
