六味安消联合曲美布汀治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

目的：观察六味安消联合曲关布汀对便秘型1BS的治疗效果。方法：选符合罗马Ⅱ诊断标准的便秘型IBS患者136例，随机分为3组：联合组50例，联合应用六味安消胶囊和马来酸曲美布汀胶囊；曲美布汀组46例，单用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊；六味安消组40例，单用六味安消胶囊。疗程为6周。观察3组腹胀、腹痛、便秘、残便感的缓解情况。结果：联合组的显效率和总有效率分别是50．0％和88．0％，而曲美布汀组是17．4％和63．0％，六味安消组是15．0％和60．0％，联合组与其它两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．05），而3组的不良反应差异无显著性fP〉0．05）。结论：联合使用六味安消和马来酸曲美布汀可提高便秘型IBS患者腹胀、腹痛、便秘、残便感的缓解率，值得临床推广虚硪。

Effective Investigation of Liuwei Anxiao Combined with Trimebutine on Treating of Constipated Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective ： To investigate the effects of Liuwei Anxiao combine with Trimebutine on treating of constipated irritable bowel syndrom（IBS） .Methods ： To choose136 patients with constipated IBS from out-patients and inpatients accorde with diagnostic code for Roman Ⅱ of our hospital from Jan,2005 to July,2008,and then divided freedomly into three groups.50 in combined group,who will theated with Liuwei Anxiao capsule combine with Trimebutine Maleate capsule. 46 in Trimebutine group, who will be only with Trimebutine Maleate capsule. 40 in Liuwei Anxiao, who will be only wth Liuwei Anxiao capsule.6 weeks for the period of treatment. To investigate the easy of abdominal distention ,abdmind pain ,constipatiom and tenesmus in these three groups.Results ： Effetive rate and total effective rate of combined group is 50.0% and 88.0%,but that in Trimebutine group is 17.4% and 63.0%.That in Liuwei Anxiao le group is 15.0% and 60.0%.There is significant difference between combined group and other the two groups（P〈0.05）,but no significant difference of untward effect among these three group（P〉0.05）.Conclusions ： It could increase the easy rate of abdominal distention ,abdmind pain ,constipation and tenesmus of patients with constipated IBS by Trimebutine combine with Liuwei Anxiao, it is well worth spreading in clinic.
