手术治疗髋臼骨折的并发症及其防治

目的探讨髋臼骨折手术并发症发生原因及防治措施。方法对我院收治的88例（91髋）进行跟踪随访．其中男67例，女21例；年龄19～68岁，平均42．5岁；分析各种因素对术后并发症发生率的影响。结果本组总的并发症发生率为35．16％。其中异位骨化15例，医源性坐骨神经损伤3例，创伤性关节炎9例，股骨头缺血坏死4例，下肢深静脉血栓形成1例。结论尽早手术，选择合适的手术入路，提高手术技巧和复位质量，术中仔细操作，保护神经，术后正确有效的干预措施、合理的早期功能锻炼是防治髋臼骨折手术并发症的关键。

Prevention and treatment of operative complications of the fractures of acetabulum

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the operative complications of the fracture of acetabulure,and find ways to reduce these complications. Methods 88 patients treated at our institution were followed up.Among them,66 patients were male,21 were female;the mean age was 42.Syears. The dependablity between factors and post-operative complications was analyzed. Results The eomplieation rate of this group was 35.16% including ectopic ossification in 15 patients, iatrogenic injury of sciatic nerve in 3 patients, traumatic arthritis in 9 patients, caput femoris ischemia and necrosis in 4 patients,deep venous thrombosis in 1 patient. Conclusion Earlier treatment,appropriate operative approach,operative technique and quality,the protection of nerve,proper post-operative measure,reasonable early exercises were the key to prevent operative complications.
