SDF-1／CXCR4在妊娠期高血压疾病中的表达及意义

目的研究SDF-1／CXCR4在正常妊娠及妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘中的表达和血清水平。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例孕妇（妊娠期高血压、轻度先兆子痫、重度先兆子痈和正常妊娠组各15例）胎盘组织中SDF-1／CXCR4表达程度，同时用ELISA检测孕妇血清中SDF-1的浓度水平。结果SDF-1在妊娠期高血压组及正常妊娠组的胎盘组织中均有表达，在子痫前期组中呈弱阳性或阴性表达。妊娠高血压组与正常妊娠组血清SDF-1水平无显著差异（P〉0．05），轻度子痫前期组及重度子痫前期组SDF-1水平明显低于正常妊娠组（P〈0．001）。结论SDF—1／CXCR4可能在妊娠期高血压疾病的发病中发挥重要作用。

Expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective To study the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in placenta of normal pregnancy and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and the level of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the correspond serum. Methods 45 patients with hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy and 15 normal pregnant woman were enrolled in this study, used the immunohistochemistry to determine the intensity of SDF-1 and CXCR4 staining in placentas and examine the serum level by ELISA. Results SDF-1 and CXCR4 proteins were observed in the placentas in normal control group and gestational hypertension group. The expressions of SDF-1 in slight and severe eclampsism group were weakly positive or negative. Although there was no significant difference of SDF-1 levels between normal control group and gestational hypertension group （P〉0.05）, SDF-1 levels were significantly lower in women with slight and severe eclampsism group than those in normal control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion SDF-1 and CXCR4 may be concerned with the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
