血府逐瘀胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床观察

目的：观察血府逐瘀胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：住院治疗的80例冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均进行常规西药治疗，治疗组加用血府逐瘀胶囊，6粒／次，2次／日，疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为95．0％和87．5％；治疗组和对照组心电图总有效率为75％和52．5％；治疗组和对照组血脂比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：血府逐瘀胶囊在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面疗具有较好的疗效。
