超重的2型糖尿病肾病患者血脂特点分析

目的探讨超重的2型糖尿病肾病患者血脂特点。方法对90例2型糖尿病肾病患者（B组）按体重指数分为非超重组（B1）、超重组（B2）,以非糖尿病肾病非超重的2型糖尿病患者为对照组（A）进行临床分析。结果①B2组患者中女性患者比例、TC、LDL、BMI水平较B1组和A组显著升高;②A组、B1组、B2组患者UAER水平逐步升高;③多因素分析发现女性、血糖、血脂代谢紊乱、高血压、体重指数与尿白蛋白正相关。结论超重的2型糖尿病患者较非超重者具有更明显的脂代谢紊乱,提示脂质代谢紊乱和超重在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中可能起一定的作用。

Analysis the feature of lipid disorder in type 2 diabetic diabetic nephropathy patients with overweight

Objective To investigate the feature of lipid disorder in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with Overweight. Methods 90 patients were divided into two group according to body mass index. one group without overweight （B1 group） and the other with overweight （B2 group）,32 type 2 diabetic patients without overthout and diabetic nephropathy were A group.The clinical data were analysed among the three groups. Results ① The ratio of woman、the levels of total cholesterol、low density lipoprotein cholesterol、body mass index in B2 group were significant higher than B1 group and B2 group. ②The levels of urinary albumin excretion rate were gradually increased in group A ,group B1 and group B2. ③Mutipul analysis showed ：There was a s positively correlation between woman ,blood glucose ,dyslipidem ,hypertention ,body mass index and albuminuria in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. Conclusion The study showed that lipid disorder in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with overweight were signifcent higher than those without overweight. The lipid disorder and overweight may play a role in development and progression of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes.
