| 摘 要： | 糖尿病（DM）是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷和／或胰岛素抵抗所致的以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱。以多尿、多饮、多食及消瘦为典型临床表现，属中医学消渴病范畴。中医认为脾肾两脏在糖尿病（消渴病）的发病中起着重要的作用。通过阅读历代文献，提出脾虚为糖尿病发病之始动因素，肾虚为其关键因素，脾肾亏虚为其基本病机，脾肾同治为其治疗大法。

| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus （DM） are caused by defects in insulin secretion and / or insulin resistance induced by chronic high blood sugar metabolism disorder characterized to polyuria, polydipsia, weight loss for many potable and atypical clinical features, which is in the traditional Chinese medicine areas of XiaoKeBing.TCM consider that spleen and kidney plays an important role in diabetes （xiaokebing） incidence. This reading literature, Put forward for spleen deficiency is diabetes onset of initiating factors.The key factor for the deficiency of the kidney. The kidney deficiency is its key aspect.Spleen and kidney deficiencies are of their basic pathogenesis.The spleen and kidney together cure is its good treatment. |
