血友病甲患者口腔出血原因调查及处理

目的:分析血友病甲患者口腔出血原因及处理措施.方法:确诊为血友病甲患者16例,分析口腔出血的原因,并针对其出血原因进行治疗.对于牙源性出血者,先采用局部止血,并口服六氨基已酸(EACA)等抗纤溶药.出血严重者,输血或凝血因子制剂可止血.对于外伤等其它原因引起的口腔出血,采用冷敷并加压包扎,若不能止血,则输血或凝血因子制剂.结果:经上述方法治疗,患者口腔出血得以停止,取得良好疗效.结论:对于血友病甲患者的口腔出血,多先以局部治疗为主,疗效不好时,再采用输血或输凝血因子.

Cause investigation and measures on oral hemorrhage of Hemophiliac A

Objective:To explore the causes of oral hemorrhage and measures of hemophiliac A.Method:21 cases of hemophiliac A were found and diagnosed in clinic and emergency were involved in this study.Summarized the causes of oral hemorrhage,in odontogenic hemorrhage,local hemostasia and antifibrinolysis medicines such as EACA were taken orally.And for cases caused by wound or other reasons,we adopted cold pack under pressure,if the curative effect was not ideal or in serious hemorrhage,blood transfusion or antihemophiliac factors would be effective.Result:After treatment,oral hemorrhage of patients could stop and the curative effect were good.Conclussion:For oral hemorrhage of hemophiliac A,local measures should be taken first,and blood transfusion or antihemophiliac factors should be adopted if the curative effect was not ideal,thus the opportunities of kickback brought by blood produces transfusion would be decreased.
