奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效观察

目的　观察奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效及不良反应。方法　对 2 7例既往常规方案治疗效果不佳的晚期结直肠癌患者采用含奥沙利铂的 (130mg/m2 每 3wk为 1疗程 )方案进行治疗。其中 17例患者接受 3周期化疗 ,10例接受 6周期化疗。结果　本组 2 7例 ,总有效率为 37.0 3%。结肠癌和直肠癌的有效率分别为 33.33% (6 / 18)和 4 4 .4 4 % (4 / 9)。常见毒副反应为胃肠道反应、神经毒性及白细胞减少 ,但均较轻微。结论　奥沙利铂对晚期结直肠癌具有较好的治疗效果 ,并且毒性可耐受

Clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

Objective To evaluate the effects and the side effects of oxaliplatin in the advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 27 patients who previously failed with routine treatment received the combined treatment of oxaliplatin. 17 cases were treated three periods and 10 cases were treated six periods. Results The overall effective rate of the combined treatment of oxaliplatin was 37.03%.The effective rate of colonic cancer was 33.3% and it of the rectal was 44.4%.The common side effects were the symptom of stomach,the toxicity of nerve and the leucopenia,but these side effects were small. Conclusions Oxaliplatin is an active drug in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer with acceptable toxicity.[
