摘    要:目的观察尿路感染患者的尿液病原菌种类及耐药性。方法采用细菌检验鉴定方法和药敏试验方法,对1754例尿路感染患者的尿液进行了检测,并进行了药敏试验。结果从1754份尿样中检出阳性标本394份,阳性率为22.5%。检出大肠埃希菌103株,其对呋喃妥因、舒普深、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、美洛培南、亚胺培南敏感率达到90%以上。检出白假丝酵母菌68株和革兰氏阳性球菌屎肠球菌(D群)39株,它们对多数抗生素耐药,其中屎肠球菌对诺氟沙星、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、环丙沙星100%耐药。结论尿路感染病原菌分布广泛,我院引起泌尿系感染的菌群分布没有明显变化,仍以大肠埃希菌为主,对常用抗生素的耐药性因菌种不同有些变化,但总的趋势是耐药性仍在增加。

Abstract:Objective To observe the pathogenic bacteria of urinary system infection and their drug sensitivity.Methods Bacterial examination and drug sensitivity test methods were used to examine 1754 urine specimens from out-patients and in-patients with urinary infection.Results Of the 1754 urine specimens,456 were bacteria positive(22.5%).103 strains of Escherichia coli were detected and their rate of sensitivity to nitrofurantoin,sulperazon,piperacillin/tazobactam,meropenem,imipenem attained over 90%.Sixty-eight strains of Candida albicans and 39 strains of Enterococcus faecium(D group) were also detected.They were resistant to most antibiotics and E.faecium was 100% resistant to norfloxacin,ampicillin/ sulbactam and ciprofloxacin.Conclusions Distribution of pathogenic bacteria causing urinary system infection is broad and it did not change in this hospital,with Escherichia coli being the main bacteria.The resistance of different bacteria to common antibiotics has had some change,but the trend of drug resistance is rising.
