| 摘 要： | 目的了解医学生心理卫生状况，探索其与相关因素的关系。方法采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)心理评估工具及一般状况调查表对460名医学生进行有关调查。结果医学生SCL-90显著性低于常模，整体心理卫生状况较好。大学一～三年级医学生人际关系、强迫和恐怖等因子分显著低于四～五年级医学生。SCL-90总分与父母关系、家庭经济状况等因素呈显著相关。结论重视医学生群体的心理卫生状况是学生教育和管理的重要内容。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate mental health status of medical students,and to explore the related factors of it.Methods 460 medical students were investigated by Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and other psychological measurement instruments.Results Scores of total and factors of SCL-90 in medical students were lower then norm,which illustrated medical students were better than normal in psychological status.The scores of interpersonal relationship,obsessive,phobia factors in grade 1 to 3 students were lower than grade 4 and 5. Total score of SCL-90 was significantly related with parents relationship,income status of family.Conclusion In educative management,it is important to pay great attention to students' general mental health status. |
