中药局部导入治疗79例慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

临床运用"中药局部导入法"治疗慢性前列腺炎患者临床观察158例,随机分为治疗组79例,对照组79例。治疗组:中药保留灌肠,自拟前列安灌肠液,基本方为马齿苋、苦参、土茯苓、鸡内金、当归、桂枝、甘草,诸药合用以达清热利湿祛瘀排浊之效。对照组:野菊花栓1枚塞肛门,每日2次,连用30天为1疗程,治疗2个疗程为限,两疗程之间休息3天。取得了理想的临床效果。显示出"中药局部导入法"治疗效果好,值得推广应用。

Efficacy observation of 79 cases with the local CTM-infusing therapy on treating chronic prostatitis

Clinical application of the local CTM-infusing therapy on treating patients of chronic prostatitis. Treatment group（group one）：Herbs retention enema：self-made Qianliean Enema. The fundamental formula：purslane,kuh-seng,smilax officinalis,ventriculi galli mucosa,angelica,cassia twig,liquorice. Combination of those drugs effect the method of removing blood stasis,release excessive turbid and relieve fever,dis pelling dampness. Control group （group two）：Put a suppository of wild chrysanthemum flower into anus,twice a day,using 30 continuous days. 30 days as a course,and within two courses,three days rest between two courses. Has got comparative ideal clinical effect,and now,it is summarized as follows：clinical observation of 158 cases,they were randomly divided into treatment group（79patients） and control group（79patients）. Has got comparative ideal clinical effect,it shows the local CTM-infusing therapy on treating chronic prostatitis has demonstrated good therapeutic efficacy,and it is worth application and dissemination.
