咳喘宁治疗支气管哮喘的药效学研究

目的：探讨咳喘宁治疗支气管哮喘的药效学机理。方法：采用磷酸组胺致喘法观察咳喘宁对哮喘豚鼠模型的影响；采用浓氨水致咳法观察咳喘宁对致咳小鼠模型的影响；采用酚红排泌试验观察咳喘宁的祛痰作用。结果：与模型组比较，各治疗组引喘潜伏期和致咳潜伏期明显延长，咳嗽次数明显减少，酚红排泌量明显增加（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；高剂量组引喘潜伏期和致咳潜伏期长于桂龙咳喘宁组，酚红排泌量多于桂龙咳喘宁组（P〉0．05）。结论：咳喘宁具有显著的平喘、止咳、祛痰的作用。

Experimental study on the Bronchial Asthmatic Pharmacological Actions of Kechuanning

Objective: To study the Pharmacological actions of Kechuanning.Methods: The effect of Kechuanning on bronchial asthma cavia cobaya were observed by the method of histamine phosphate causing asthma;The effect of Kechuanning on cough mice were observed by the method of strong aqua causing cough;the fuction of eliminating phlegm were observed by phenol red excrete.Results: Compared with model group,the stage of latency of cough and asthma were extend,the frequency of cough were decreased,and the quantity of phenol red excrete were increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Compared with control group,the stage of latency of cough and asthma were extend,and the quantity of phenol red excrete were increased in the high-dose groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kechuanning could restrain asthma and cough,and eliminate phlegm.
