慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期血浆Copeptin含量测定的临床价值

目的探讨测定慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期（AECOPD）血浆Copeptin含量的临床价值。方法选择AECOPD住院治疗时及治疗后达到缓解期患者76例，采用ELISA法检测患者急性加重期及缓解期血浆copeptin浓度，同时行血白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞（N）检测。健康人群16例作为对照组。结果AECOPD患者血浆Copep-tin阳性率为89．47％，高于WBC、N的阳性发现。AECOPD患者血浆Copeptin含量与缓解期及健康对照组的差异均具有统计学意义。结论AECOPD患者血浆Copeptin深度显著升高，血浆Copeptin检测可作为AECOPD诊断及严重度评估的灵敏指标。

The clinical significance of serum copeptin detection in acute exacerbation of chronic obstruction pulmonary disease

Objective To study the clinical significance of serum copeptin in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. Methods The contents of serum copeptin for 76 patients with AECOPD and 16 controls were detected in the method of ELISA. At the same time, white blood cells（WBC） and neutrophils （N） in peripheral blood were also determined. Results The positive rate of the serum eopeptin for patients with AECOPD （89.47%） was significantly higher than that of other tests （WBC, N） （P〈0.01）. The serum eopeptin for patients with COPD in acute exacerbation stage was significantly higher than that for patients in stable stage and controls （P〈 0.01）, while the difference of serum copeptin between patients in stable stage and controls had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The serum copeptin in patients with AECOPD increased significantly, and it was a sensitive index in diagnosing and assessing the severity of AECOPD.
