吉林地区濒危眼外伤救治分析

目的 分析吉林地区濒危眼外伤救治与国内水平的差距,探讨吉林地区眼球破裂伤救治落后的原因.方法 回顾性分析5年内吉林地区县级以上192例眼球破裂伤(光感/无光感)患者预后情况,与国内随机选取两家医院(江苏省徐州矿务集团第二医院,郑州大学第一附属医院)眼球破裂伤预后情况对比.结果 吉林地区眼球摘除率为38％,较江徐矿二院的4.5％高33.5个百分点左右,较郑大一附院的35.3％高2.7个百分点左右.结论 吉林地区对于严重眼球破裂伤救治过程中,使用眼球摘除的方案较多,说明吉林地区治疗严重眼球破裂伤的水平较国内水平偏低.

The treatment analysis of ocular trauma of endangered in Jilin

Objective Comparing the difference between the Jilin area and domestic level about the severe ocular trauma treated,the reasons of eyeball rupture treatment in Jilin falling behind other cities are analyzed.Methods 192 patients with traumatic eyeball rupture were analysed retrospectively about their prognosis within the Jilin region in 5 years.The results were compared with those in two domestic hospital,the second hospital of Xuzhou Bureau group in Jiangsu Province and the first hospital of Zhengzhou University.Results The enucleation rate is 38% in Jilin area,4.5% in the second hospital of Xuzhou Bureau group,35.3% in the first hospital of Zhengzhou University.Conclusion The enucleation were used in Jilin area more often than other areas during treating severe eyeball rupture,which indicate lower level in Jilin area.
