| 摘 要： | 目的:改善硬膜外麻醉辅用哌替啶和异丙嗪时的通气状况。方法:将中低位硬膜外麻醉病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给哌异后去枕头后仰,对照组不去枕,观察通气功能变化。结果:观察组潮气量(VT)和每分通气量(VE)下降幅度较对照组小,且脉搏血氧饱和度(sPO2)能保持在96%以上。结论:去枕头后仰可以改善通气功能并使sPO2保持在正常范围。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the ventilatory function in epidural anesthesia with supplemental drugs——dolantin and diprozin.Methods: Patients under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group the pillow were removed and the heads were held backward after injecting the supplemental drugs,and the head position was not changed in control group.Under the conditions the ventilatory function change was obsered.Results: In observed group the changes of V_T and VE were less than that in control group and sPO_2 was more than 96%.Conclusion: Removing the pillow and being head-backward can improve the ventilatory function and make sPO_2 in normal limits. |
