丹颐防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛

目的观察丹颐防治蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的疗效。方法将SAH患者44例,随机分为丹颐组(20例)和对照组(24例),2组均于发病48 h内接受治疗。SAH对照组用脱水,止血等常规疗法,丹颐组在常规疗法基础上加用丹颐100ml,静脉滴注,1/d,共10 d。结果1个月内,丹颐组的CVS发生率,死亡率明显低于SAH对照组(P<0.05),再出血发生率2组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。发病第14 d时,丹颐组患者的病情级别明显低于SAH对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹颐防治SAH后CVS疗效确切,并能促进神经功能的尽快恢复,且无增加再出血的危险。

Application of Nicardipine hydrochlorid to prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular spasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To study the curative effect of Nicardipine hydrochloride in the treatment of cerebrovascular spasm (CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods44 SAH patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 20 cases in Nicardipine hydrochloride group and 24 in control group. The patients in the 2 groups were all treated in 48 hours right after onsets. The controls were treated with dehydration and routine hemostasis and in the Nicardipine hydrochloride group with the same treatment, plus utilization of intravenous dripping of 100 ml Nicardipine hydrochloride 1/d for 10 days. Results Within 1 month, incidence rate and death rate of CNS in Nicardipine hydrochloride group are obviously lower than that of SAH control group (P<0.05). There were found no significant difference in view of hemorrhagic recurrence rate in the 2 groups (P>0.05). On day 14, the conditions in Nicardipine hydrochloride group were significantly better than those of SAH control group. Conclusion Nicardipine hydrochloride is not only of confirmative effect in the treatment and prevention of CVS after SAH but also promotes speedy rehabilitation of nerve functions and adds no risks of re-hemorrhage.
