| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨丹芪通脉胶囊联合西药治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法]将120例脑梗死后遗症病人随机分为两组，60例为丹芪通脉胶囊联合西药治疗的治疗纽，60例为西医治疗的对照纽，观察两纽疗效及治疗前后血脂变化。结果]治疗组治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论]丹芪通脉胶囊联合西药治疗脑梗死后遗症疗效好，值得临床推广。
