| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定萸连缓释片提取液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为迪马Kromasil C18（5μ，250mm×4．6mm），流动相为乙腈：0．03moL／l磷酸二氢钾=28：72，检测波长为265nm，流速为1．0m／min。结果：盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．0296-0．18515μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．999950，n=5），平均回收率分别为99．31％、101．17％、100．15％，RSD值分别为1．68％、1．82％、2．79％。结论：本方法操作简便、可靠，可用于萸连缓释片提取液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To develp an HPLC method for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Yulianhuanshipian Decoction. Mothods The kromasil CI 8colum （5 μm, 250mm ×4. 6mm） and detected at 265 nm. The mobile phase Was acetonitrile - 0. 03mol/1 monopotassium phosphate （28： 72）, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results The linear range was within 0. 0296 - 0. 18515μg and the correlation coefficient was0. 999950 The average recovery and RSD were 99. 31%, 101.17%, 100. 15% and 1.68%, 1.82%, 2. 79%. Conclusion The method issensitive, rapid and accurate for the determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Yulianhuanshipian Decoction. |
