| 摘 要： | 目的 总结近8年原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断、临床资料及病理学特征.方法 回顾性分析和研究从1999～2006年在经外科手术诊治的295例原发性纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料.结果 所有的病人均经手术和病理检查证实,295例中神经源性肿瘤86例,占29.2%,主要位于后纵隔,平均年龄43.8岁,以神经鞘瘤为主;畸胎瘤61例占20.7%,主要位于前纵隔,平均年龄31.8岁,以成熟性囊性畸胎瘤为主;胸腺瘤31例占10.5%,全部位于前纵隔,平均年龄51.9岁;淋巴瘤29例占9.8%,主要位于前纵隔,平均年龄29.9岁,以非霍奇金淋巴瘤为主.结论 在原发性纵隔肿瘤中,本组发病率由高到低依次为神经源性肿瘤、畸胎瘤、胸腺瘤、淋巴瘤及巨大淋巴结增生;手术是主要的诊治方式;切口的正确选择对于手术的成功起到至关重要的作用.
