| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道腔内手术治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁。方法尿道狭窄或闭锁者共46例,其中前尿道狭窄或闭锁20例,后尿道狭窄或闭锁26例;病因为外伤性21例、医源性15例、感染性10例。采用窥视下冷刀和电刀等治疗。结果19例1次手术即获得成功,18例术后行尿道扩张术,9例再次行腔内手术,随访3~25个月,效果满意。结论腔内手术治疗尿道狭窄创伤小、并发症少,成功率较高,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss per urethra operation cured urethra stricture or atresia. Methods There were 46 examples urethra stricture or atresia , thereinto anterior urethra stricture or atresia 20 exaruples , posterior urethra stricture or atresia 26 examples. The nosogenesis was trauma 21 examples, medical source 15 examples, infectivity 10 examples. All cured with cryoprobe or electrotome. Restflts Ninteen examples healed by one time operation,18 examples made dilatation of urethra after operation,9 examples made per urethra operation again ; curative effect was pleased by follow - up survey 3 to 25 months. Conclusion Per urethra operation cured urethra stricture or atresia with little injury, low - rate conplication, high success ratio and satisfactory curative effect. |
