2型糖尿病患者无症状的大脑中动脉狭窄的危险因素分析

目的 探讨住院2型糖尿病患者无症状大脑中动脉（MCA）狭窄的相关危险因素。方法回顾性总结227例2型糖尿病住院患者的病历资料，排除合并中风或中风史以及其他颅内疾病患者。用TCD诊断MCA狭窄。结果227例患者中MCA狭窄者共61例，狭窄率（26．9％），狭窄组病人年龄、病程、收缩压、尿酸水平、合并高血压和心电图异常率明显高于非狭窄组；Logistic回归分析显示糖尿病病人的病程以及合并高血压是无症状颅内动脉狭窄的独立危险因素。结论糖尿病病程延长及合并高血压是无症状MCA狭窄的独立危险因素。

Risk fctors for aymptomatic middle cerebral artery stenosis in inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the risk factors of asymptomatic middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis in inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Inpatients (227 cases) with type 2 diabetes mellitus examined with transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) were included. Those with all kinds of stroke, stroke history, or other intracranial diseases were excluded. MCA stenosis were evaluated with TCD. Results The prevalence of MCA stenosis was 26.9%(61/227). Age, duration of DM, concomitant hypertension, ECG abnormities, systolic pressure (SP), uric acid (UA) in patients with MCA stenosis were statistically different from those in patients without stenosis; Logistic regression analysis showed that duration and concomitant hypertension were independent risk factors for asymptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis. Conclusions Duration of DM and concomitant hypertension are independent risk factors for MCA stenosis in diabeties.
