青果的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:对青果的化学成分进行研究。方法:用色谱法和光谱分析法分离并鉴定其化学成分。结果:从青果中分到4个化合物,结构分别为滨蒿内酯,东莨菪内酯,(E)-3,3′-二羟基-4,4′-二甲氧基,没食子酸。结论:除没食子酸外其余3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the fruit of Canarium album. Method: Compounds were isolated by chromatography and elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Result: The compounds obtained were determined as scoparone,scopoletin,(E)3,3dihydroxy4,4dimethoxystilbene and gallic acid. Conclusion: All the compounds,except gallic acid,were obtained from this plant for the first time.
