独尾草中的蒽醌类成分

摘    要:目的:对独尾草全草的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用层析色谱技术进行分离,MS,H,13CNMR光谱和DEPT脉冲技术以及HHCOSY,HMQC和HMBC方法鉴定化合物。结果:分得3个化合物,鉴定为大黄酚,10(chrysophanol7′yl)10hydroxychrysophanol9anthrone和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。结论:均为首次从该植物中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents in herbs of Eremurus chinensis METHOD: The chemical constituents were extracted with solvents and separated by column chromatography. RESULTS: The structures were identified by spectral analysis as chrysophanol, 10-(chrysophanol-7'-yl)-10-hydroxychrysophanol-9-anthrone and phthalic acid dibutyl ester. CONCLUSION: All the three compounds were separated from E. chinensis for the first time.
