摘    要:目的研究婴儿父母家庭控烟知识、行为和吸烟对婴儿的危害,为家庭控烟提供依据。方法采用问卷,调查婴儿父母家庭控烟知识、行为;采用高压液相色谱法检测婴儿尿液中可替宁含量。结果婴儿父母家庭控烟知识知晓率为79.93%,行为符合率为76.06%。实行严格措施(即家庭内禁烟)与非严格措施或不采取措施相比,婴儿尿液中可替宁/肌酐的比值明显降低,非严格措施与不采取措施相比,可替宁/肌酐的比值差异无显著性。结论家庭控烟有待加强。室内禁烟可明显减少婴儿尿液中可替宁/肌酐的比值。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior about harms of passiee smoking to infants health among smoking famiys and assess effects of protecting measures.Methods a cross sectional survey of 284 smoking households with a infant in the city of Lu'an,in Anhui provinc was carried out,and urinary cotinine to creatinine ratios in infants were measured.Results 80% of parents(227/284) believed that passive smoking is harmful,76% of parents(216/284) reported taking some protection measures,24%(68/284) of parents took no protection measures,but only 11%(31/284) of parents prohibited smoking in the home.Urinary cotinine to creatinine ratios were significantly reduced in households taking strict measures(i.e. baning smoking in the home) compared with those taking less strict or no measures.No difference was found in urinary cotinine to creatinine ratio in infants from households that used no measures compared with households that used less strict measures.Conclusions Controling smokeing in the rooms should be enhanced.Urinary cotinine to creatinine ratios were significantly reduced in households baning smoking in the home compared with those taking less strict or no measures.
