腹水及血清CA—50测定对消化系恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨血清和腹水中ＣＡ－５０变化对消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 采用放射免疫法观察５４例正常人，１７６例消化系统常见恶性肿瘤和１６０例良性疾病患者血清ＣＡ－５０含量，结果 所测和种恶性肿瘤患者血清及腹水ＣＡ－５０含量均显著高于正常人和相应脏器良性疾病患者；相差均有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１），良性疾病与正常人相差无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５）；且恶性肿瘤患者早期即有明显增高，晚期增高更为显著。结论 血

D1AGNOSTlC VALUE OF ASCITE AND SERUM CA-50 MEASUREMENT IN PATIENTS WITH CARCINOMA OF DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

Objective To study the diagnostic value of CA50 content in ascites and serum during the diagnosis of digestive malignant carcinoma. Methods Serum CA50 content was measured through radioimmunoassay in 54 normal individuals, 176 patients with malignant carcinoma of digestive system and 160 patients with benign diseases. Results CA50 concentration of serum and ascites in patients with malignant carcinoma was much higher than that in normal persons and in patients with benign diseases (P<0.01), and the difference between normal persons and the benign patients was of no significance (P>0.05). The increase in CA50 concentration of malignant carcinoma patients was detected in the early stage and became much remarkable in the late stage. Conclusion Measurement of both serum CA50 and ascitic CA50 may have a certain practical clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant or benign carcinoma in digestive system. It plays a role in the prediction of the disease and the early diagnosis as well as posttreatment monitoring.
