产地对半夏相关毒性物质基础和急性毒性影响的实验研究

目的对不同产地半夏药材水提组分中相关毒性物质基础的含量和急性毒性大小进行比较研究,探讨产地对半夏毒性物质含量与毒性的影响。方法运用UV法、HPLC法、酸碱滴定法、经典急性毒性实验法,进行半夏水提组分总生物碱、总有机酸及其可测单一成分的含量测定和急性毒性比较研究。结果不同产地的半夏总有机酸含量依次为湖北半夏〉山东半夏〉贵州半夏;琥珀酸含量依次为山东半夏〉湖北半夏〉贵州半夏;总生物碱含量依次为湖北半夏〉山东半夏〉贵州半夏;麻黄碱含量依次为湖北半夏〉贵州半夏〉山东半夏;鸟苷含量依次为湖北半夏〉山东半夏〉贵州半夏。毒性大小为：湖北半夏〉山东半夏〉贵州半夏。结论产地对半夏相关毒性物质的含量与毒性大小有一定的影响,且半夏毒性大小与总有机酸、总生物碱含量呈一定相关性。

Experimental Research on Influences on the Content of Toxical Substances and Acute Toxicity of Different Producing Areas Rhizoma Pinelliae

Objective To compare the content of toxical substances and the acute toxicity on water extracts of Rhizoma Pinelliae,which come from different producing areas,and discuss the influences on the content of toxical substances and acute toxicity of different producing areas＇ Rhizoma Pinelliae.Methods UV method,HPLC method,acid-base titration and the classical method of acute toxicity were used to determine the content of toxical substances and compare the acute toxicity of different producing areas＇ Rhizoma Pinelliae.Results The content of total organic acid is： Hubei Rhizoma Pinelliae Shandong Rhizoma Pinelliae Guizhou Rhizoma Pinelliae,the content of amber acid is： Shandong Rhizoma Pinelliae Hubei Rhizoma Pinelliae Guizhou Rhizoma Pinelliae,the content of total alkaloid is： Hubei Rhizoma Pinelliae Shandong Rhizoma Pinelliae Guizhou Rhizoma Pinelliae,the content of ephedrine is： Hubei Rhizoma Pinelliae Guizhou Rhizoma Pinelliae Shandong Rhizoma Pinelliae,and the content of vernine is： Hubei Rhizoma Pinelliae Shandong Rhizoma Pinelliae Guizhou Rhizoma Pinelliae;The comparation of acute toxicity is： Hubei Rhizoma Pinelliae Shandong Rhizoma Pinelliae Guizhou Rhizoma Pinelliae.Conclusion The producing area has certain influence on the content of toxical substances and acute toxicity of Rhizoma Pinelliae,and the toxicity of Rhizoma Pinelliae has some relevance with the content of total organic acid and total alkaloid.
