射频手术技术在眼部手术中的应用

目的探讨射频手术技术在眼部手术中的应用价值。方法回顾分析中国医科大学附属第一临床学院眼科2003年5月～2005年5月间应用射频手术技术进行的眼部手术288例302眼。结果应用射频手术技术可以获得较好的眼部手术效果。其对手术切口形状和深度控制精确、止血有效、术野层次清晰、术后瘢痕小。结论射频手术技术是一种优秀的手术技术,满足了手术切开和止血的手术要求。射频手术技术切割精确,术中出血少,保证了组织层次的清晰,减少了手术失误,节省手术操作时间,适用于对精细程度要求较高的眼部手术。射频手术技术完全可以替代常规的手术刀及普通电刀手术技术,可能是手术切开技术的发展方向。

The application of radiosurgery to ophthalmological surgery

Objective To investigate the application of radiosurgery to the ophthalmologic procedures. Methods 288 patients(302eyes), treated with radiosurgery from May 2003 to May 2005 in the first affiliated hospital of China Medical University,were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the operations by radio- surgery achieved effectively ideal results.Radiosurgery had good control of shape and depth of incision,thor- ough hemostasis and coagulation,clean-cut surgery field and slight scars after operation. Conclusions Radio- surgery in ophthalmology is ideal technology because it coagulates blood vessels as it cuts through tissue.This allows less bleeding during surgery, which translates in better visualization of the tissue planes,less inopportune operation and a more rapid procedure. Radiosurgery is applicable to highly refined ophthalmological surgery, can be substituted for traditional scalpel and electrocautery. It could be the headings of the surgical technology.
