| 摘 要： | 目的制定血细胞分析仪血涂片复检标准,保证血细胞分析仪结果准确性,以利临床诊断和治疗。方法根据医院及HYCELCELLY血细胞分析仪特点制定血涂片复检的标准,通过对1269例标本结果的数据分析,评价标准的可行性和可靠性。结果所制定的标准经临床验证有重要临床价值和意义。仪器检测的标本中有29.4%的血细胞分析(CBC)标本需要复检,其中32.4%存在杆状细胞增多、异形淋巴细胞增多或其他类型的异常。结论制定血细胞血涂片复检标准非常重要,可以加强血细胞检查准确性,为临床提供更有价值的信息,以免造成漏诊和误诊。
