| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺癌血管内皮生长因子与中医舌象的关系。方法:测定103例肺癌患者的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)值,并观察其舌象。结果:气血瘀滞证、黯舌、腻苔的患者血清VEGF值明显高于气虚痰湿证、阴虚热毒证、气阴两虚证的患者。提示:气血瘀滞证、黯舌、腻苔的患者VEGF值相对较高,其血管生成旺盛,肿瘤易于发生转移。因此中医治疗时在辨证论治的基础上酌加活血化瘀的药物,对于改善血瘀症状、降低血清VEGF值、预防转移有一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: A correlative study of VEGF value of blood-serum of patients with lung cancer and tongue images of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:103 cases are collected to determine the value of VEGF and tongue images.Result: The VEGF value of the energy-stagnation and blood stasis patients with dark tough and greasy fur is higher then others.Discussion: The patients of energy-stagnation and blood stasis type or with dark tough and greasy fur have high VEGF value.The tumor of these patients is easy to metabasis.So the herbs which can activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis is used in the traditional Chinese medical therapy.They do good to improve the syndrom of stagnation of blood,cut down the VEGF value and prophylaxis metabasis. |
