| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑外伤早期中药介入治疗对患者认知功能的影响。方法 49例脑外伤后认知功能障碍的患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组24例。对照组采用颅脑外伤常规康复治疗,治疗组在上述方法上加用中药。在治疗前后均使用洛文斯顿作业疗法用认知评定量表(LOTCA)进行评定。结果经过8周的治疗,治疗组LOTCA各项指标和治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.01)。对照组除"物品分类"外,其余各项指标也较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。除"视运动组织"大项及"地点定向"小项外,治疗组治疗后其余各项指标和对照组治疗后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药和常规康复方法结合,对脑外伤后的认知功能障碍具有良好的临床治疗效果。
