复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病临床疗效观察

目的观察复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床疗效。方法将75例皮炎湿疹患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组32例,治疗组给予复方氟米松软膏治疗,对照组给予醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为69.8%、97.7%,高于对照组的59.4%、75.0%;不良反应发生率为4.7%,低于对照组的12.5%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方氟米松软膏应用于湿疹皮炎类皮肤病疗效显著,患者恢复较好,不良反应少。

Clinical effect observation of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of skin disorders such as dermatitis eczema

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of skin disorders such as eczema,dermatitis. Methods 75 cases of patients with eczema were divided into treatment group （n = 43 cases） and control group （n = 32 cases） . The treatment group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment,while the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The significant effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 69. 8% and 97. 7% ,which were higher than 59. 4% and 75. 0% of the control group; the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 4. 7% ,which was lower than 12. 5% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0. 05） . Conclusion Compound flumetasone ointment has excellent effect and little side effects in the treatment of skin disorders such as eczema dermatitis,and the patient recovered well.
