老年高血压病患者血压变异性与踝肱指数的相关性研究

目的以老年高血压病患者为研究对象,探讨踝肱指数（ABI）与血压变异性（BPV）的相关性。方法将122例老年高血压患者分为ABI异常组64例和ABI正常组58例,测定患者的ABI和BPV指标,并分析两者之间的相关性。结果老年高血压病患者的ABI除与年龄、病程、BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C等指标相关外,24hSBPSD、24hSBPCV、dSBPSD、dSBPCV、nSBPSD、nSBPCV为ABI的独立危险因素。结论对于老年高血压病患者,在控制血压以及干预BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C传统危险因素的同时,应重视降低其BPV指标,从而减少周围血管等靶器官损害和心血管事件的发生。

The correlation between blood pressure variability in elderly patients with hypertension and ankle-brachial index

Objective To investigate into the correlation between ankle-brachial index （ABI） and blood pressure variability（BPV） in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 122 cases of elderly hypertension patients were divided into ABI abnormal group （n = 64） and ABI normal group （n = 58） ,measuring ABI and blood pressure variability of patients respectively. Then made an analysis of the relationship between them. Results In addition to age,course of disease,BMI,TC, TG,HDL-C,there are other independent risk factors,which include 24hSBPSD,24hSBPCV,dSBPSD,dSBPCV,nSBPSD,nSBPCV,connected with ABI in elderly hypertensive patients. Conclusion For elderly hypertensive patients,besides controlling the blood pressure and intervening some traditional risk factors like BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,attention also should be paid to reduce the variability of blood pressure,thereby reducing the target organ damage and cardiovascular events.
