2009-2011年度我院注射用抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的对该院注射用抗菌药物的应用情况进行调查分析,为抗菌药物的临床合理使用及科学管理提供参考。方法对2009-2011年该院抗菌药物的使用数量及销售金额,采用金额排序法和用药频度（DDDs）进行统计和分析。结果 2009-2011年该院应用较多的抗菌药物种类主要是喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、其他β-内酰胺类、青霉素类;DDDs排序列前4位的多为费用相对较低、使用较广泛的药物;金额排序列前几位的多为价格较高、用量多的药物。结论该院注射用抗菌药物使用中存在的问题不容忽视。

Utilization analysis of antibiotics for injection in our hospital during 2009-2011

Objective To investigate and analyze of the usage of antibiotics for injection in our hospital,in order to provide references for clinical rational use of antibiotics and scientific management. Methods The quantity and amount of sales of antibiotics in our hospital during 2009 - 2011 were statistically analyzed,according amount sorting method and DDDs. Results The antibiotics that were used more were main quinolones,cephalosporins,lactam and penicillin. The top four commonly used drugs according DDDs are relatively low cost,with a wide range of drug. Conclusion The problems in the use of antibiotics for injection should not be overlooked.
