高效液相色谱法测定复方消毒剂中苯扎氯铵含量的观察

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方消毒剂中苯扎氯铵含量的方法。方法用带紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪,对经流动相稀释后的消毒液中苯扎氯铵含量进行测定观察。结果按照选择的高效液相色谱参数对消毒液中苯扎氯铵含量进行测定,测得线性范围为100~2 000μg/ml,检出限为17.8 ng,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,回收率为92.0%~96.4%。结论用本研究设定的高效液相色谱操作参数,测定复方消毒剂中苯扎氯铵含量,操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,有良好的稳定性和重现性。

STUDY ON HPLC METHOD TO DETERMINE THE CONTENT OF BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE IN COMPOUND DISINFECTANT

Objective To set up a method of the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to determine the content of benzalkonium chloride in compound disinfectant.Methods Samples after extraction with mobile phases were detected by HPLC.Results The content of benzalkonium chloride was detected by HPLC in accordance with the choice parameter.The liner range for the determination of benzalkonium chloride is 100~2000 μg/ml.The RSD of the method was less than 5% for benzalkonium chloride.The recovery range of the method was 92.0%-96.4%.Conclusions The content of benzalkonium chloride was detected by HPLC in accordance with the choice parameter.This method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good stability and repeatability.
