| 摘 要： | 治疗超声介导微泡造影剂实现辅助给药及治疗(如基因转染),成为超声研究中的热点。这种方法已经在体内和体外多种模型中实现,并可能为靶向个体化诊断和治疗开辟新的领域。现就该技术的可能机制、研究现状以及研究前景作一综述。

| Abstract: | Ultrasound assisted drug delivery and activation,performed by combining microbubble agent containing drug substances or coadministered with pharmaceutical agents (including plasmid DNA for transfection) is the hot study spot ,which has been achieved in multiple model systems in vitro and in vivo.Overall,microbubble targeting and ultrasound-assisted microbubble-based drug-delivery systems will offer a step toward the application of targeted personalized diagnostics and therapy.This article reviews progress of this technique about its possible mechanism,study status and study future. |
