我院儿科急性上呼吸道感染患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的:调查急性上呼吸道感染患儿抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:抽查我院2006年1～6月儿科归档病历中急性上呼吸道感染病例326份,对其中抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:抗菌药物应用率达96·3%,共涉及5类22种;用药频度排序列前3位的为头孢呋辛、克林霉素和头孢他啶;单一用药率为48·1%,联合用药率为51·9%;药敏试验率为3·8%;静脉给药率达93·3%,平均疗程为3·4d。结论:我院在治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿时存在不合理应用抗菌药物现象,规范化管理有待加强。

Utilization of Antibacterials in Pediatric Patients with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of the antibacterials in pediatric inpatients with upper respiratory tract infection.METHODS:The case histories of 326 pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infections from Jan.2006 to June 2006 in our hospital were randomly selected and the utilization of antibacteirals was analyzed statisticaly.RESULTS:The rate of application of antibacterials was 96.3%,involving 5 varieties and 22 kinds,with cefuroxime,clindamycin and ceftazidime dominating the first 3 places in terms of DDDs.The rate of single use of antibacterials stood at 48.1%,and that of combination use of antibacterials was 51.9% ;the susceptibility test rate was 3.8% ;93.3% were administered by intravenous injection,with the average course of treatment of 3.4 days.CONCLUSION:The use of antibacterials in pediatric inpatients with upper respiratory tract infection is somewhat irrational in our hospital;its standardized management remains to be strengthened.
