居民购买药品时选药依据的调查

目的通过对长沙市和湘乡市110户居民进行随机问卷调查,以了解合理用药的实际情况。方法随机对分居在长沙市4个社区及湘乡市3个社区的部分常住户进行入户调查。结果①在职干部、工人、下岗及离退休人员的依从性尚好,农民听信广告宣传和朋友推荐的倾向性很高;②依从性佳者与其文化程度呈正相关,较差者与文化程度呈负相关;③是否具备自我诊疗的医药知识水平与经济和文化程度密切相关。结论①应加强大众健康教育,帮助人们树立正确的购药依据,做到合理购药,合理用药;②加强药物市场的监管力度和监管机制,规范药品市场秩序,保证人们用药安全。

Survey of residents'''' rationale for drug purchase

Objective This thesis bases itself on questionnaires for 110 randomly-selected residents in Changsha and Xiangxiang to determine the rationale for drug use.Methods The researcher conducted random household surveys of the permanent residents in 4 communities in Changsha and 3 communities in Xiangxiang.Results 1) Cadres,workers,laid-offs and pensioners showed good compliance with regard to reasonable drug use,while rural residents presented a strong inclination to trust advertisements and to follow friends' recommendations.2) As to the residents with better compliance,their compliance was directly related to their education.Concerning the residents with worse compliance, their compliance was in reverse proportion to their better education background.3) Residents' knowledge of self-diagnosis and self-treatment was closely related to the local level of economy and education background.Conclusion 1) Education concerning the public health should be reinforced.The public should be facilitated to be correctly oriented to reasonable drug purchase and drug use.2) A reinforced supervision system of the drug market and a regulated market order should be established to guarantee the security of drug use.
