| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿后颅窝肿瘤手术的麻醉处理.方法回顾性分析我院2001年10月～2003年12月手术治疗32例后颅窝肿瘤的麻醉资料.结果29例麻醉诱导平稳,3例气管插管时血压升高、心率增快.14例麻醉手术过程中生命体征平稳,18例在手术牵拉切割靠近脑干肿瘤时,血压和术前相比有明显升高,同时伴有明显心率减慢(P＜0.05).结论小儿后颅窝肿瘤手术麻醉的关键在于麻醉药的选择、术中呼吸循环管理,保证术中安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the anesthetic management of operation with tumors of posterior cranial fossa in infants and children.Methods The anesthetic data of thirty-eight patients with tumor of posterior cranial fossa in infants and children from Oct,2001 to Dec,2003 were reviewed retrospectively.Results The anesthesia induction in 29 cases were steady,and the blood pressure and heart rate increased in 3 patients.The vital signs in 14 patients were steady.The blood pressure increased and heart rate decreased than those of in preoperation,when the tumors were operated.Conclusion The key of anesthetic treatment to tumor ofposterior cranial fossa in children should be noticed anesthetic selection,and the treatment of respiration and circulation during the operation. |
