颞浅血管额支蒂皮瓣修复面部缺损的应用解剖

目的：为带蒂颞浅血管额支皮瓣移位修复面部软组织缺损提供解剖学基础。方法：对32侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人尸体的头面部进行解剖，并对颞浅动脉的走行，分支、分布进行观测，并在尸体上进行手术设计。结果：颞浅动脉起自颈外动脉，穿腮腺实质上行，在颧弓上方分为额，顶两终末支，额支又于外眦上方分为额顶支和额眶支。额支、额眶支血管外径均在1mm左右，可游离血管蒂长度为130mm以上。结论：以颞浅血管额支为蒂的皮瓣可用来移位修复面部软组织缺损。

Applied anatomy of superficial temporal vessel frontal branches pedicled skin flap for repairing of facial defects

Objective: To provide anatomical base for the superficial temporal vessel frontal branches pedicled skin flap for repairing of facial defects. Methods: The routes, branches and distributions of superficial temporal arteries were observed and measured on cadavers (32 sides) perfused with red latex emulsion. The surgical design was carried out on cadavers. Results: Superficial temporal artery originates from external carotid artery, rises through the parotid gland and divides into two branches: the terminal frontal and parietal branches, which are on the upper part of zygomatic arch. On the upper part of outer canthus, frontal branch divides into front obital and front parietal branches. Both of the branches are about 1mm in external diameter and the length of the free pedicle is more than 130 mm. Conclusion: It is feasible to design a superficial temporal vessel frontal branches pedicled skin flap for repairing of facial defects.
