藜芦碱降压作用的实验研究

目的为开发新型降压药奠定理论基础。方法从藜芦中提取分离出藜芦碱，采用颈动脉直接测压法和尾动脉间接测压法，测定了其对正常猫血压、高血压大鼠的影响及其快速耐受性。结果十二指肠或灌胃给药，藜芦碱对正常猫、SHR大鼠和肾性高血压大鼠均有明显的降压和减慢心率作用，且其降压作用与剂量成正相关。结论藜芦碱在发挥显著降压作用的同时，未见明显的副作用，且反复给药无快速耐受性。

Study on hypotensive effect of cevadine

Objective In order to establish the theoretical basis for developing new hypotensive drugs. Cevadine was isolated from Eranthis hyemalis and its effects on normal cats blood pressure, hypertension rats and their tolerance to cevadine were determined by using direct carotis and indirect arteria caudilis manometric methods. Results The results show that with duodenum or intragastric administration methods, cevadine has the obvious effects of reducing the blood pressure and slowing down the heart rate on normal cats, SHR rats and renal hypertension rats. Conclusion The hypotensive effect of cevadine is directly positive correlation with the dosage. The obvious side effects are not found while cevadine reduces significant hypotensive effect and there is no rapid tolerance although the animals were administrated repeatly.
