| 摘 要： | 目的 观察头体针并用治疗中风后遗症的疗效，筛选最佳治疗方法。方法 将96例患者随机分为头体针组(36例)、头针组(30例)和体针组(30例)3组。治疗6个疗程后进行疗效总结对照。结果 头体针组疗效明显优于头针组或体针组。结论 头体针并用治疗中风后遗症优于单一疗法。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the curative effect of combined scalp and body acupuncture on apoplectic sequela and sift out an optimal treatment. Methods Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into a scalp-body acupuncture group of 36 cases, a scalp acupuncture group of 30 cases and a body acupuncture group of 30 cases. The effects were compared after 6 courses of treatment.Results The curative effect was better in the scalp-body acupuncture group than in the scalp acupuncture group or the body acupuncture group.Conclusion Combined scalp and body acupuncture is superior to a simple treatment in the treatment of apoplectic sequela. |
