摘    要:目的 研究番茄红素与大豆异黄酮对荷瘤小鼠辐射损伤的保护作用.方法 将荷瘤小鼠随机分为肿瘤组、肿瘤辐射组、番茄红素组、大豆异黄酮组及联合用药组5组.各组用相应的药物灌胃,连续灌胃给药14 d,分别于第7 d、第14 d,除肿瘤组外,其他4组给予全身照射.第15 d处死,测得瘤/体比及胸腺指数,检测血中各项指标、骨髓有核细...

Radio-protective effect of the lycopene and soybean isoflavones on the tumor-bearing mice injured by radiation

Abstract:Objective To study the radio-protective effect of the lycopene and soybean isoflavone on the tumor-bearing mice injured by radiation.Methods The tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups:tumor group,tumor radiation group,lycopene group,soybean isoflavone group and mixture group.Every group was given special medicine for 14 consecutive days,on 7th day and 14th day,the mice of four groups except tumor group were given X-ray radiation of whole body.All mice were killed on 15th day,blood index,the ratio of the tumor weight and the weight,thymus index,nuclear cells in marrow,the contents of SOD and CAT in blood serum were detected.Results Both lycopene and soybean isoflavone had radio-protective effect on thymus,hematopoietic system and marrow of the tumor-bearing mice injured by radiation,and they also could efficiently clean the free radicals caused by radiation.The effect of mixture group was obviously superior to lycopene group and soybean isoflavone group in radio-protective effect of marrow,they showed obvious synergistic effect of protection,and the radio-protective effect hadn’t effect on the treating effect of radiation on tumor.Conclusion Lycopene and soybean isoflavone have the synergistic effect of resisting damage by radiation.
