Observation on Treating Splenic Asthenia and Retention of Dampness Types of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura for 60 Cases with the Method of "Replenishing Qi, Invigorate the Spleen and Eliminating Dampness"

Objective： To observe the effect of treating splenic asthenia and retention of dampness types of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with the method of ＂replenishing Qi,invigorate the spleen and eliminating dampness＂.Methods：60 patients with ITP were divided into 2 groups,the treatment group was treated with YiQi JianPi HuaShiFa and glucocorticoid,the control group was treated with glucocorticoid mainly.Results：In treatment group,the total effective rate was 50.0%,efficiency is 96.7%,in control group the total effective rate was 33.3%,effective rate is 86.7%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms of TCM and platelet countst,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of ＂replenishing Qi,invigorate the spleen and eliminating dampness＂ is an important method treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,it can effectively improve the patient＇s symptoms.
