Clinical Research of Intervention in Sub-health State of the Neck Fatigue by IF Sub Combined with Acupuncture

Objective：To objectively evaluate acupuncture neck ＂JiaJi＂ points with the frequency treatment instrument of sub-health state of subjects symptom of fatigue and neck and neck function and quality of life to improve the situation.Methods：108 patients with neck fatigue sub-health state were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,54 patients in each group;intervention group received acupuncture with TCM characteristics neck ＂JiaJi＂ points combined with the frequency treatment instrument for intervention,control group did not have to intervene.Select the sub-health state of neck fatigue symptom scale,NDI scale,comprehensive evaluation of the symptoms of subjects,neck function,quality of life to improvement.Results：The intervention group was 90.62% efficiency,control group 36.66%,and the results showed：χ2 = 22.09,P0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion：The sub-healthy state of neck fatiguehad a certain self-healing;acupuncture neck ＂JiaJi＂ points combined with the frequency treatment instrument in improving neck fatigue symptoms,function and quality of life were effect,which could relieved neck symptoms and shorten recovery time.
