原发性小肠肿瘤18例临床诊治与分析

目的探讨小肠肿瘤类型、临床特点及其诊断.方法对1993年以来诊治的18例原发性小肠肿瘤的临床资料及随访结果进行回顾分析.结果小肠良性肿瘤中以平滑肌瘤为多,占(4/11),恶性肿瘤中以腺癌多见,占(5/7),小肠肿瘤常见临床表现为:腹痛、消化道出血、黄疸等.16例行手术治疗,术前诊断为38.8%(7/18),B超、CT诊断符合率低,DSA检查有助于确定病变的部位.结论原发性小肠肿瘤临床表现不典型,早期诊断极为困难,改善病人预后的关键是加强对本病的重视和认识.

Clincal analysis of small intestial tumors in 18 cases

Aim To explore the clinical characteristics of small intestinal tumors and its diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data and followup of 18 cases of primary intestinal tumor treated from 1993. Results Leiomyoma was most common among the benign small intestinal tumors(4/11),adenocarcinoma was most common among the malignant small intestinal tumors(5/7), The feature of small intestinal tumors could be abdominal pain,gastrointestinal hemorrhge,jaundice and etc. The 16 cases underwent operation,the preoperative diagnostic rate was only 38.8%(7/18),The accuratediagnostic rate of B-ultrasound,CT scanning was lower,while digital subtract angiography (DSA) was helpful to make sure the portion. Conclusion The clinical presentation of primary small intestinal tumor is untypical and early diagnosis is quite difficult, so intensive study and recognization of this lision should be emphasized to improve the prognosis of these patients .
