| 摘 要： | 本文检测了６０例溃疡性结肠炎和３０例正常结肠粘膜上皮细胞ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原表达。结果显示，３０例正常结肠粘膜上皮及腺体不表达ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原；而６０例ＵＣ中有３２例结肠粘膜上皮和腺体不同程度表达该抗原。其中，４２例活动性ＵＣ中２９例表达，１８例非活动性ＵＣ仅３例表达。同时发现ＵＣ结肠粘膜上皮表达ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原还与粘膜炎症程度成正比。结果提示，细胞免疫机制在ＵＣ的发病机理中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | The expression of HLA-DR antigen by human colonic epithelium has been examined in patients with ulcerative colitis by using an immunohistochemical technique.The colonic epithelial cells from all 30 control subjects with normal colonic mucosa were HLA-DR negative.In contrast,the epithelial cells of involved colonic mucosa were HLA-DR positive in 29 of 42 patients with active ulcerative colitis and only in 3 of 18 patients with inactive ulcerative colitis.The difference in the rate of positivity between active and inactive patients is highly significant (P<0.01).These findings provide further an evidence of the importance of cell-mediated immune mechanisms in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. |
