| 摘 要： | 目的分析临床常用中药注射液引起不良反应的原因,根据相关因素制订相应防范措施。方法检索1999-2007年国内公开发表的医药期刊,收集有关中药注射液引起的不良反应,分析其机体、药物、配伍禁忌、反复用药等因素的关系。结果中药注射液引起的不良反应与机体、药物、配伍禁忌、反复用药等因素有关,其中相当一部分中药的有效成分并未完全清楚。结论应重视中药注射液的不良反应,尤其应加强对年老、婴幼儿患者不良反应的监测,促进临床合理用药。
