| 摘 要： | 目的确定湖北江汉平原南洪村是否为高砷地区。方法采用统一调查表对该村可能高砷暴露人群进行初步流行病学调查,用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定饮水、尿样和头发中砷含量。结果该村有6人存在典型慢性砷中毒症状,该村村民的尿砷、发砷平均水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;4眼井水砷含量〉0.05mg/L。结论该村可能为饮水型慢性砷中毒地区。

| Abstract: | Objective To study whether the Nanhong village of Jianghan plain Hubei province is a high arsenic area.Methods The questionnaires were used to carry out the survey to the people exposed to the high arsenic.The content of the arsenic was determined by the hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry.Results Six people had typical chronic arsenism symptom in this village and the average arsenic content of urine and hair was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The arsenic content of water in four wells was higher than 0.05 mg/L.Conclusions The village is arsenism area of the drinking water. |
