| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氨酚羟考酮片(泰勒宁)配合消肿止痛合剂对人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)后患者的镇痛效果.方法:将50例TKA患者随机分为研究组及对照组,研究组术后采用氨酚羟考酮片配合消肿止痛合剂进行镇痛,对照组术后口服萘普生缓释胶囊镇痛,2组患者均维持镇痛3天.术后记录患者在静息时及活动时的VAS 评分(视觉模拟评分系统).结...
